He is responsible for hiring and training of all employees, and liaison with management personnel to ensure the operation requirements of the MJAKE Security Services, LLC are fulfilled. Mr. Jacobs is a retired Police Lieutenant with over 22 years experience in law enforcement from the Newark Police Department
Kareemah Majeedah has been on the MJAKE Security Serices, LLC Management team since its inception. Kareemah is responsible for the day to day activities of MJAKE Security Services and business development.

MJAKE Security Services LLC management team consists of experienced professionals who are experts of their respective fields. All of which has combined experience of over 50 years of law enforcement, generally as police supervisors in the city of Newark, which is the largest municipal police department in the state of New Jersey.
